Eligible ACT pensioners or Healthcare card holders may be entitled to a $200 subsidy towards glasses or contact lenses.

Any Contact lens require a current prescription before dispensing.
If you do not have a current prescription for contact lenses, we can arrange an appointment for you.

Yes, we do accept outside prescriptions if it is valid under Australian standards and is within the expiry date.

We have state-of-the-art technology with an experienced optometrist to assist you with all aspects of eye health. Where your eye health is out of the optometrist’s expertise you will be recommended with your consent to where further appropriate service can be provided.

We have a range of safety certified glasses available in store available with or without prescription.

Kids should at least have their eyes checked before they start school and then at least every 2 years.
Our optometrist has years of experience with kids vision testing. We offer amblyopia treatment and myopia control for kids vision. There are various spectacle and contact lens options available with a large range of kids, tween and teen frame options.

As we have access to a variety of different optical labs we can usually find a solution to suit your individual needs.

If your symptoms are new and persistent, this may be a matter of urgency. Please contact our store immediately.
For other new concerns, we are more than happy to talk to you for advice and offer new eye tests where recommended.

It generally takes up to 10 working days for new spectacles to be made.
For more urgent glasses, please contact the store. Arrangements can be made on select product type for a quick turnaround.
